As an Per Diem Front Desk Receptionist the expectations are:
* Screen telephone calls and route to the appropriate individual or department.
* Answer all questions promptly, courteously and accurately.
* Route all deliveries to appropriate departments.
* Obtain information, when appropriate and relay information to appropriate individual.
Per Diem Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Willing to help residents, family members and employees
