Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel

- Check guests in and out of their rooms efficiently and accurately

- Process payments, handle cash and credit card payments

- Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner

- Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and professionalism

- Assist guests with information and directions to local attractions

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Provide guests with a comprehensive and personalized check-in experience

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guests have a seamless stay

- Follow all company standards and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction

- Handle reservations and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency

- Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy at all times

- Handle various administrative tasks to support the front desk operations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service role or hospitality industry

- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively

- Proficient in using hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office suite

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Professional appearance and attitude

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
