Front Desk Manager
- Location : Pine Brook, NJ
- Salary : $55,000+ annually -plus bonus/incentives
- Schedule : Monday thru Friday - Full-Time
PrideStaff has been asked to assist with hiring a Front Desk Manager at a Coworking space. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. Your leadership will guide the front desk staff, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and manage logistical aspects of conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Supervise, train, and mentor front desk staff, conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing support.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with event planners and other departments to assist in the organization and execution of conferences and events.
- Maintain accurate records, including reservations, event schedules, and billing information.
- Monitor and manage front desk supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Implement and uphold policies and procedures that contribute to a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling staff, managing budgets, and generating reports as needed.
- Stay updated on local events, attractions, and services in order to provide guests with recommendations and additional service options.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or conference setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using front desk management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
