We are seeking a full-time dynamic and organized individual to join AC Wellness as a Front Desk Lead & Medical Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients, checking them in, scheduling appointments, assisting medical staff with patient care, and assisting with and setting up wellness rooms.

Key responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with medical staff
- Assist medical staff with patient care tasks as needed
- Ensure wellness rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction
- Answer Phones
- Triage phone calls
- Patient Now Software experience a plus
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant or CNA
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
