About the Job
HumanHire are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Coordinator. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice by providing exceptional client service, managing billing functions, overseeing operational tasks, and coordinating administrative duties.
Details:
- Location: White Plains, NY (fully onsite)
- Pay: $20-25/hr
- Office Hours: 8AM-9PM (some weekend availability as needed)
- Be the first point of contact for all clients and staff, creating a welcoming and efficient environment at the front desk.
- Manage the front desk by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing paperwork
- Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and handle billing inquiries.
- Perform administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and supply management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in a variety of technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google platforms, & Zoom.
