Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a Temporary Office Coordinator to join our insurance firm in Santa Ana. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance. As the Office Coordinator, you will handle front-desk reception duties, assist with office administration, and provide general support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Support insurance agents with client documentation and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of office or administrative experience (insurance experience a plus).
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
