Become a key member of the growing team at The Pinch Hotel, Charleston’s exclusive 25-room luxury boutique hotel! Located in the heart of downtown, The Pinch is just steps from shopping, dining, nightlife, and the city's historic district. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Front Desk/Concierge team, ensuring our guests receive unparalleled hospitality. This is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of both Concierge and Hotel Front Desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage room reservations through online platforms, phone, and in-person inquiries
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, check them in, provide room keys, and offer an overview of the hotel’s amenities
- Process guest payments and ensure accurate billing
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Offer detailed information and recommendations about local attractions, dining, and events, enhancing the guest experience
- Collaborate with team members to maintain hotel standards in guest rooms and accommodate special requests
- Assist in planning and coordinating special events for guests
- Arrange bespoke services for VIP guests to exceed their expectations
- Create personalized itineraries for guests, including transportation, dining, and tour reservations
