Job Title: Front Desk Clerk / Administrative Assistant

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Shift: 6 AM - 3 PM

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide front desk reception including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, payroll processing, and scheduling appointments.
• Perform office management duties including stocking supplies, tidying offices, and managing mail runs.
• Support the HR team with onboarding new employees and distributing payroll.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Proven customer service and administrative experience.
• Strong typing skills, including proficiency with 10-key systems.
• Non-smoker with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
