Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team on a part-time basis during weekends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Check-in and check-out guests, processing payments and handling reservations.
3. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the hotel facilities and services.
4. Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
5. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including stocking supplies and keeping the lobby area clean.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software.
7. Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
