We are a Dental office in South Austin. We are committed to providing the highest standard of dental care to the community. You will be an integral part of the energetic and passionate dental team and enjoy working alongside General Dentists in the group practice setting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Meeting and greeting patients.
- Checking patients in and out.
- Scheduling patients.
- Verifying insurance( We have a dedicated team responsible for both insurance verification and billing. Verification is essential in cases of emergency or unexpected appointments.
- Sending insurance.
- Attending phone.
- Social media management for office.( Not mandatory, would involve taking pictures to help the marketing team).
- Qualifications and Skills.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with Open dental software.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Ability to work with Open dental software, PPO insurances, Medicaid.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Bilingual Preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AT A DENTAL PRACTICE
Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
- Dental terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
