We are a local wellness center in Midtown Atlanta and are currently in search of an experienced Wellness Coordinator (up to 36 hours/week) who is eager to grow with us. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and a quick learning ability. Above all, we are seeking someone who is enthusiastic about contributing to the development of a collaborative culture and ready to embark on a fulfilling new journey. We are specifically looking for a Coordinator with a Marketing background—a highly motivated and creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with both current and prospective customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute daily operations using Mindbody.
- Engage with clients, facilitating check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide guidance and explanations of our services to clients.
- Promote and ensure the sale of wellness products.
- Ensure the seamless setup for essential machine-based services.
- Greet all guests warmly.
- Assist guests with inquiries about spa services and products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the AOH Clinic and relaxation area, including laundering clean laundry.
- Must have weekend availability.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks.
- Provide support to marketing executives in organizing various projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
- Utilize marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.).
- Assist in organizing promotional events, both traditional and digital, and attend them to ensure their success.
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, blogs, etc.) to enhance the company’s presence in the market.
- Communicate directly with clients to foster trusting relationships.
Position Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a luxurious, fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and possesses excellent customer service skills.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
- Must be a team player.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a spa, yoga, or wellness studio is mandatory.
- Personal passion for wellness and/or the natural healing movement is essential.
- A wellness background is preferred.
- Sales skills are required.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
Pay Rate:
- Base pay starts at $16 per hour, depending on your experience.
