Location: Laurel, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $18-$22/hourly based on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and screen all incoming calls, assist with general inquiries or transfer call to appropriate department.
- Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments and/or meetings.
- Prepare documents, memos, and maintain a filing system as well as an electronic database.
- Process incoming mail and distribute outgoing mail.
- Complete small administrative projects as necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an office setting preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
