Position: Front Desk Administrator
Location: Medical Center Clinic

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly manner.

Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records.

Handle billing and insurance inquiries efficiently.

Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming.

Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.

Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
