We are looking for a:
French/Creole Bilingual WMS Trainer

General Summary:
We are looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Management System (WMS) Trainer to join our team and support the training of the WMS. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with WMS systems and a passion for educating others in a warehouse or logistics environment. This role is crucial in ensuring our team members understand and utilize the WMS efficiently, enhancing our operational accuracy, speed, and productivity.

Required Skills:

• 3+ Years experience in warehouse or logistics environment
• 1 Year experience with training deliver with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Manhattan, SAP, EWM, Blue Yonder)
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and engage in constant movement.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex information with diverse employee groups.
• Bilingual in French/Creole

Responsibilities:

• Training and Support: Conduct training sessions in both English and French/Creole to ensure full understanding among all team members
• Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they receive comprehensive training on WMS and company-specific workflows.
• Troubleshooting: Provide on the floor support, troubleshooting WMS-related issues, helping employees overcome challenges to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Gather feedback from users and supervisors to enhance the training experience and identify further training needs.
