This is a fully commission-based position ideal for a motivated professional with prior experience in domestic freight brokerage or forwarding. Key Responsibilities:

- Post shipments to load boards and manage all aspects of load assignment.

- Negotiate carrier rates to maximize profitability while ensuring competitive pricing.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring accurate communication of timelines.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers throughout the entire logistics process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in domestic freight forwarding or brokerage.
- Proven ability to post and manage shipments on load boards.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in carrier rate management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed in a sales-focused environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
