- Hours:40 Hours

- 6 months to start, open ended
- Location: In Fishtown Office Mondays & Wednesdays (and more if needed based on policy changes)
- Pay rate: $28 - $30 per hour
- Publish and schedule daily posts across all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring brand voice and tone are consistently applied.
- Monitor social channels for trends, opportunities, and customer engagement, responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries in collaboration with the customer relations team.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Content & Social Media Lead to implement the content calendar, aligning posts with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal themes.
- Work closely with the creative team to coordinate assets for social media posts, including images, videos, and copy.
- Assist with drafting engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs tailored to each platform.
- Ensure all posts adhere to brand guidelines and align with overarching marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing influencer content approvals, ensuring timely posting and proper tagging.
- Monitor influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with objectives and brand standards
