The ideal copywriter will have experience working with Algorithms, artificial intelligence, machine learning and other technologies which are transforming the way physicians identify, treat and manage diseases. the ideal candidate must be able to work EST hours and if they are based in the NYC metro area that would be a plus. You will help build and assess all concepts and creative development as well as work with strategy and delivery leadership for major DTC and HCP Brand/Product launches and related creative assignments. You are responsible for creating brilliant creative work, as well as adherence to, and the evolution of, this client's Brand & Creative omni channel strategy.
Responsibilities
- Provide creative Copy excellence as well as vision and inspiration. Own assigned projects and manage all aspects of the assignment, creative work, as well as collaborating with partners across disciplines. Work with Creative Directors, ensuring quality and accuracy on all creative products. Make recommendations to senior leadership and other team members on how to improve process and product.
- Create | Demonstrate creativity through efficiently conceptualizing, planning, producing, refining, and leading a diverse range of creative ideas and concepts. Work in a Senior Copywriter capacity and performs the duties of the position when in this role. Present creative rationale during internal and client presentations. Drive the creative solution for new business pitches. Offer proactive solutions and ensure successful progression.
- Collaborate | Communicate with client service Account Director(s) regarding business scopes, financials, schedules, and planning. Collaborate with creative leaders for all final deliverables.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree plus four or more years of copywriting experience in an advertising, marketing or experiential, creative agency environment
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical sphere is essential for this role
- Experience with Brand and Conceptual Work is essential for this role
- Experience working with Algorithms, artificial intelligence, machine learning and other technologies which are transforming the way physicians identify, treat and manage diseases is essential for this role.
- Knowledge across either HCP and/or DTC is essential for this role (experience with both is a huge plus)
- Pharma Product launch experience is also strongly desired
- Advanced competencies in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite as well as multi channel environments and Advertising industry-standard software programs
- Diverse account and industry experience (Pharma, Healthcare, Brand, OTC, Theraputics)
- Experience in and ability to evaluate all mediums to develop fully integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates strategic, conceptual and creative thinking
- Excellent presentation skills
