We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Freelance Project Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving key marketing initiatives by managing and coordinating various projects within the pharma advertising sphere. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and make a significant impact on our business.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that they are effectively communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and development, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
4. Utilize project management tools such as ProofHQ and Hot Sheets to track project progress, manage resources, and resolve issues.
5. Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
6. Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.
7. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and maintained, including project plans, status reports, and final project reports.
8. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the pharma advertising industry.
3. Proficient in project management tools such as ProofHQ and Hot Sheets.
4. Strong understanding of the marketing industry, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
8. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
