Fraud Operations Analyst from INSPYR Solutions

About the Job
Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid position onsite 2-3x per week)
Duration: 10+ month contract
Compensation: $25-26/hr
Work Requirement: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Processes Admin related responsibilities
- Conduct credit card maintenance such as, but not limited to: card account updates, modifications (limit increase/decreases), card closures, reissues and replacements.
- Board newly underwritten consumer card applications to the mainframe system.
- Support clients with completion of Requests within the departmental assigned guidelines and SLA's.
- Access credit card software and other systems to perform following the functions: data entry, document verification and client servicing.
- General internal client service such as answering phones, responding to emails, providing credit card account information.
- Perform other duties assigned by management/leadership.
- Adhere to all banking and federal/regulatory compliance standards.
- Be knowledgeable in credit card processes and know when to direct internal partners to the appropriate colleagues or teams to best answer the partner and/or their client's questions.
- Create and Maintain Peoplesoft GL entries.
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience or relevant schooling to banking experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Consumer banking knowledge with regards to credit card operating and payment systems
- Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the Bank's/Department Card policies and procedures to provide efficient internal partner as well as client support.
- Capability to work efficiently within a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
- Requires attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, with the sense of urgency in daily processing while maintaining excellent client service.
- Proven experience in demonstrating or creating initiatives – think outside the box.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, analytical, planning, and scheduling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of Bank management
