**Education:** Bachelor's degree preferred. **Experience:** 1-3 years in sales, with a focus on business development; real estate/franchise experience is a plus. **Business Acumen:** Ability to interpret financial statements and drive business deals. **Communication Skills:** Proficient in delivering engaging presentations. **Digital Literacy:** Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office. **Other:** Willingness to travel approximately 50% and work in a hybrid environment.
