Daddy’s Chicken Shack
Daddy’s Chicken Shack was founded in 2018 and began franchising in 2021. Known for its southern-style flavors and premium fried chicken sandwiches, Daddy’s Chicken Shack uniquely positions itself at the height of the market, aligning itself favorably with a commitment to tech-enabled operations, sustainability, and unique flavors!
Area 15 Ventures is looking for a Franchise Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive franchise sales growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to generate franchise sales leads, promote franchise opportunities, and support franchisees in their franchise sales marketing efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to attract prospective franchisees.
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to showcase franchise opportunities.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and print advertising, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Participate in franchise recruitment events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Assist with Discovery Day Tour planning & presenting.
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and assess competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and support the sales process.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of franchise sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with franchise brokers, consultants, and other key stakeholders in the franchise industry.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in franchise marketing.
- Write and publish weekly sales emails and sales blogs relevant to each brand.
- Running weekly and monthly FranConnect sales and activity reports.
- Manage all aspects of MarTech and AI tools incorporated with FranConnect and our sales processes.
- Manage lead generation relationships and procure new avenues for our lead generation efforts.
- Monitor, track, and follow up on assigned initiatives or action plans.
- Social media management.
- Attend trade shows with the sales staff and represent the brand from a franchise sales marketing perspective.
- Coordinate with Regional Developers on their training and support requests.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3 -5 years of experience managing projects or initiatives.
- 3 - 5 years of experience developing and providing training.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, who enjoys collaborating and partnering together in a high functioning environment.
- Experience with CRM platform and FranConnect.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Must possess a positive attitude with the ability to build good relationships internally across the organization and with external partners.
- Ability to influence others across all levels of an organization.
- Sense of urgency, with the ability to meet goals and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements and priorities change.
