Job Summary:

Essential Job Functions:

Communicate with affiliate SRA teams on safety and regulatory issues
Lead supplier communication on requests for new/ updated safety/regulatory information
Project Management
Manage data requests for the ONE-T system
- Customer
- Fragrance Codes
Participate in development of new Global SRA system and lead RM data analyses
Serve as backup for WERCs data administrator
Maintain and update global regulatory database (T-Check)
Implement new and maintain current customer safety and regulatory requirements.
Provide support for all international affiliates with regulatory and database questions.
Take part in future development of replacement systems for Document management and Regulatory checking.
Special projects as assigned by the supervisor

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a science (e.g. toxicology, biology, chemistry or related)

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in regulatory or product safety, preferably in fragrance industry.

Competencies: Good communication skills. Computer literate; working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
