The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi’s financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team.
The overall objective is to contribute to directional strategy as well as utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to provide advice/counsel on the evaluation of financial reports of Citi’s current and projected performance.*This role must report on site 3 times per week to either the Citi office in Irving, TX, or Jacksonville, FL.
The role cannot be done remotely or from another Citi location.Responsibilities:Lead creation of Citi financial reports and liaise with finance teams to provide a summary of financial trends and insight to senior managementLead analysis of forecasts, strategic and operating plans, and create monthly outlooks in partnership with segment, business, and country financial planning and analysis teamsPrepare analytics in support of CEO Reviews including business initiativesLead analysis of Citigroup’s product profitabilityDevelop relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision makingPrepare presentations and analysis for the team and in support of the CFOAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:10+ years of relevant experienceExperience within financial servicesExperience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgetsProficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPointKnowledge in additional systems including Oracle, Essbase, and SAPConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationEducation:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Finance------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Financial Planning & Analysis------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Irving Texas United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$144,480.00 - $216,720.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
