Position Summary
The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will play an important role on the accounting team by performing forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support decision-making throughout the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
? Responsible for budgeting and forecasting, monthly/quarterly business reporting, variance analysis activities for the company.
? Evaluate key business unit operating drivers and measure performance to established metrics.
? Forecast accuracy and monitor countermeasures.
? Lead and drive continuous improvement and scale across all planning processes; including business planning, near and long-term corporate planning, ongoing business reviews, financial and operating metrics reporting,
and ad-hoc corporate strategic projects.
? Foster and develop strong collaborative partnerships with key business and functional leaders across the company to assess emerging strategic and operational opportunities and risks that drive forward-thinking
business decisions.
? In partnership with the CFO and Finance team; lead the storyboarding, analytical output, and development of materials for Management Reviews, Close Reviews, and Board of Directors Meetings.
? Enhance and scale financial planning systems, processes, and internal controls to ensure best in class financial discipline and data integrity.
Experience, Skills and Education
? At least 5 years of experience with business analytics in the healthcare field including:
o Performing projections, analysis of results and presenting findings to the executive team and key stakeholders.
o Initiating communication between departments and advocating for both to ensure company goals are met.
o Enhancing the organizations awareness and understanding of operating performance information, financial scenario planning as well as the impact of managements decisions on the results.
? BS in Finance, Accounting or another related field is preferred.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
