Program Description:
Prepare financial statements and other financial reports. Analyze trends in costs, revenues, and financial commitments to predict future revenues and expenses. Offer suggestions about resource utilization and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

Cash Flow Forecasting
Develop and maintain comprehensive cash flow forecasting models for G-CON consolidated entities in line with monthly internal, shareholder, and lender reporting and covenant requirements.
Budgeting
Lead the annual budgeting process for all G-CON entities, working closely with other Finance & Accounting team members as well as cross-functional teams to gather input, develop detailed budgets, and track performance against targets for the consolidated entity.
Financial Modeling
Create and maintain integrated financial models to support strategic decision-making, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and short/long-term financial projections.
Monthly Reporting
Support monthly close and reporting activities through timely completion of the monthly close task list and preparing detailed commentary on financial results and identifying key trends and variances.
Project Tracking & Reporting
Utilize project tracking and reporting tools to monitor the financial performance of POD & Service projects with specific emphasis on revenue recognition for project accounting and timely recognition of costs incurred, Identify potential risks and opportunities in project meetings. Conduct bi-weekly meetings with all project and service owners to review time and material charges for accuracy and completeness. Preparation of milestone invoices to send to customers and record in GL. Timely management of opening and closing new projects in payroll and GL systems.
Business Partnering
Serve as a trusted advisor to the POD business line team, developing standard labor rates, calculating overhead rates, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth and profitability. Work closely with GCS Business Partners to ensure alignment in business reporting, forecasting and calculations. Collaboration with accounting team on items affecting the balance sheet and timing of collections and expenses.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree:
Finance, Accounting or other related discipline
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
CPA or MBA preferred
FP&A Analyst Working Experience
10 years, minimum, preferably in a manufacturing/ construction environment
Advanced
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge in G/L and financial statements
Advanced
Ability to analyze financials, identify variances and their underlying drivers. Skilled in identifying trends and generating insights from various data sources. Skilled in KPI Dashboards. Skilled in P&L, cash flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
Advanced
Experience with ERP Systems and reporting tools
Advanced
Skilled in Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint. Power Pivot & SQL skillset is a plus
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Manufacturing/operations, projects accounting background preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
