FP&A Analyst Role Overview:

As an FP&A Analyst, you will be integral in safeguarding the company’s financial health, driving key financial decisions, and contributing to the organization’s growth. In this dynamic role, you’ll:

• Lead monthly sales forecasts to inform business strategies.
• Oversee P&L forecasting, cost center forecasting, balance sheet, cash flow, and sales/margin profitability.
• Develop templates for the corporate monthly operations review, ensuring all key metrics are accurately captured.
• Utilize HFM/Smartview for effective management and reporting of forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze and explain variances between actuals and forecasts, providing actionable insights for leadership.

As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, helping shape financial strategies that drive the company’s success.

What You’ll Bring:

To thrive as an FP&A Analyst, the ideal candidate will have:

• 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• A background in manufacturing or construction, with a deep understanding of the financial intricacies within these industries is a plus.
• Strong intermediate to advanced Excel skills to analyze complex financial data and deliver detailed reports.
