Our Avondale Collision Collision Center cashiers ensure an elevated client experience while creating client advocates. The Cashier also processes monetary and credit card transactions and completes and closes repair orders for the body shop’s clients.

Responsibilities
Warmly greets clients upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate memberAssists clients with paperworkPrints repair orders, parts invoices, bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount dueRecords amounts received and prepare cash reports of transactionsBalances cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shiftProcesses repair ordersOperates credit card and "Cenpos" machinesMaintains records of daily transaction documentationCalculates charges and apply to proper accounts on repair orderPrepares daily bank depositsProcesses and receives Finance and Insurance (F&I) and necessary sales moniesKnows and understands extended body shop policies, and processes payments for repair ordersAssists in scheduling courtesy transportationProcesses mailAssists front office with phone callsAssists Booker with flagging Tech and booking ROsScans closed ROsIssues POs for vendorsProcesses POs and invoicesKnows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and utilize the program to achieve client satisfactionKnows and understands the Avondale Privacy and Information Security Policy, and adhere to its requirementsAttends department meetings
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)None required.
