Title: Fortanix Implementation Expert
Duration: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Fortanix data security solutions for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment of the platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation.
- Design, configure, and deploy Fortanix solutions across diverse client environments, including public and private cloud, hybrid systems, and on-premises infrastructures.
- Integrate Fortanix with existing IT environments, including cloud infrastructure, databases, and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide expert guidance to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Provide training sessions for clients and internal teams on Fortanix capabilities, best practices, and security features.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
- Ensure that the implementation follows best practices and meets the client's security, compliance, and operational goals.
- Monitor the performance of implemented systems and provide recommendations for optimization and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date on new Fortanix features, updates, and best practices to ensure the solution's continued effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues, project delivery, and client communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, QA, Security, and Support) to resolve challenges and deliver successful implementations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in the implementation of Fortanix or other data security and encryption solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of Fortanix's data security offerings, such as Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Confidential Computing, Key Management, and Tokenization.
- Strong expertise in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
- Hands-on experience with system integration, configuration, and customization of security solutions.
- Solid understanding of cryptographic protocols, encryption technologies, and securing sensitive data.
- Proven experience with network security, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project management experience, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fortanix-specific certification or certification in cloud security (e.g., AWS Certified Security Specialty).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
