WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A FORKLIFT REPAIR SHOP TEAM LEAD

Do you enjoy building a rapport with customers? Are you friendly and detail-oriented? If this sounds like you and you meet the following criteria, we want you as a manager!

• 2+ years of experience as a forklift mechanic
• 1+ years of experience in field or shop service
• Previous experience building motors and transmissions/hydraulic pumps
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong time management skills
• Factory training (preferred)
• Experience working as a mechanic in an industrial or plant environment OR formal automotive training in a trade school/ASE (preferred)

As a Forklift Repair Shop Team Lead, you're vital to our shop's success. Each day, you assess workloads, schedule technicians, and provide hands-on training and support.
