PeopleShare is looking for a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our client in Arlington, TX. This hands-on position demands physical activity, attention to detail, and teamwork in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate with Forklift Experience (Temporary)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm CST
Location: Arlington, TX 76018
Pay: $17.45/hour + Weekly Pay!
Job Type: Temporary
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Utilize RF scanners for order management.
• Unbox and prepare items for shipment.
• Conduct inventory tasks and quality inspections.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; team lifts for heavier items.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years in a warehouse, 1 year with stand-up forklifts.
• Skills:
  • Proficient with RF scanners.
  • Strong math and reading skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Physical Ability: Frequent standing, walking, and lifting.

Work Environment:

• Typical warehouse setting with adequate lighting.
• Moderate noise and temperature variations.
• Free on-site parking.

Dress Code:
