Job Title: Service Technician

Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the Service Technician is responsible for performing periodic maintenance, repair, replacement, and troubleshooting on various models of CAT, Kalmar, Jungheinrich, Mitsubishi, and other competitive material handling equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.
• Perform repairs and replacements as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
