Job Details
We are seeking an Architect or Engineer to contribute to our ongoing projects. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is eager to learn, and enjoys the challenge of working in a niche field, this role may be a great fit. You’ll work closely with senior staff while taking part in field investigations and contributing to expert evaluations of construction issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing and resolving construction defect claims.
Conduct field investigations and building assessments.
Research and interpret codes, standards, and technical references.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Write reports and present findings clearly to clients.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2-5+ years of practical experience in engineering or architecture.
Professional licensure: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) in New Jersey, or reciprocity in nearby states. Candidates working toward licensure are also encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction principles.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.).
Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork.
