Opportunity and Qualifications:
We are currently seeking a Forensic Staff Accountant in our Pittsburgh Office.
Our Pittsburgh office is devoted exclusively to investigative/forensic accounting and litigation support services. We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Investigative Accounting Group in Pittsburgh.
The majority of our engagements involve working with commercial property insurers in evaluating physical damage and business income losses suffered by businesses resulting from catastrophes. Projects may include reviewing and analyzing historical financial and industry information, revenue and expense projections, insurance claim evaluations and economic damage evaluations. Assignments provide exposure to a wide range of industries from small local retail stores to multinational entities.

Successful individuals in this field are naturally outgoing, self-motivated, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and enjoy a wide variety of work experiences and challenges.

- Hold a Bachelor or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance
- Have an active CPA license (or be actively pursuing their CPA designation)
- Possess intermediate-level Microsoft Excel and Word skill
- Travel overnight, as needed (approximately less than 10%).
