Forensic Counselor/Therapist/Social Worker - Centurion Health

Annual Salary:  $77,000.00 to $132,000.00 Based on License and Years of Experience

MHM Services, a Centurion company, is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the California Department of State Hospitals Conditional Release Program (CONREP). 

The CONREP program is a statewide system that provides standardized intensive community outpatient mental health services for judicially committed individuals and mentally disordered offenders.

We are currently seeking a full-time Forensic Mental Health Counselor/Therapist to join our team at the Ventura CONREP Program located in Oxnard, California.    

The Forensic Mental Health Counselor/Therapist will provide a variety of mental health services to patients in an intensive outpatient setting including: case management, risk assessment, treatment planning, evaluations, drug testing, home visits and searches, court reports and testimony, and individual, group, and collateral psychotherapy.

• Ph.D or Psy.D in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution, or a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited educational institution required.
• Active professional license or Associate License in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling in the state of California or pursuing licensure:  PsyD, ACSW, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, etc.
• Two years of for forensic mental health experience preferred, which may include substance abuse counseling.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm
