Forensic Architect - Blueprint Hires

A full-service consulting firm specializing in forensic investigative services is seeking a Forensic Architect, to help them identify and solve issues with construction and building in Northern California.

Your Day Includes:

• Conducting forensic field inspections to determine issues and causes, and provide/suggest solutions

• Reviewing and understanding construction plans/documents/timeline for new or existing buildings and standards of care

• Creating detailed plans of loss, including summaries, scopes, schedules, and budgets

• Communicating effectively with various audiences, including technical and non-technical personnel, and defending opinions under vigorous examination

• Providing expert witness testimony for court depositions or trials

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 5 years of consulting experience and 10 years of working experience

• NCARB accreditation and a licensed architect

• Slip testing certification and insurable driving history
