We are seeking a Forensic Accounting Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing Forensics, Investigations, and White-Collar Criminal Defense Team. The Forensic Senior Manager can be based out of any of the following office locations: Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; Orange County, CA. Our team is comprised of Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) professionals, Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE), Private Investigators, former federal agents, and digital forensics and data analytics experts. We are routinely engaged by counsel to conduct internal investigations, investigate allegations of fraud, and support the regulatory and criminal defense team across a wide range of industries. Our engagements include employee embezzlement, healthcare fraud, securities fraud, CARES Act fraud, and a wide range of other forensic accounting investigations. We are specifically seeking individuals with expert witness experience or the desire to become a testifying witness. This position provides ample opportunity for growth.

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting required
• CPA License required
• CFE or CFF credential preferred
• Minimum of 10 - 12 years experience in forensic accounting with at least 5 years of managing a forensic team
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated with outstanding analytical skills

The compensation for this position will vary by location. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications. California/Washington State ranges are from $180,000 - $200,000.
