Foreman - LUR Enterprises Parent Account

Are you looking to become a critical member of a large sheet metal fabrication company? Our Fabrication and Logistics team is seeking a Foreman/Assistant Plant Manager to support Operations!

This role would run from 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, offering between $52K-$67K salary, based on experience. The position would be in-person, located in Natomas/Sacramento, 95834 region. We are primarily seeking a go-getter/leader who can help manage, run, and operate a sheet metal fabrication team.

• Build relationships with clients, customers, employees, and our internal management team
• Assist in warehouse/sheet metal fabrication operations
• Schedule, plan, and delegate operational tasks
• Innovate, lead, and manage various projects

• Demonstrate reliability, capability, and meet key performance metrics
