Pay: $36–$40/hour

Join a leading construction team as a Foreman specializing in Plumbing and Piping. This leadership role oversees skilled crews, ensuring high-quality installations, repairs, and project management on commercial and industrial sites.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage teams of 2-10 craft workers.
• Oversee installation, assembly, and repairs for plumbing and piping systems.
• Prepare material lists, system layouts, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Plan schedules, resolve on-site conflicts, and coordinate inspections.
• Mentor team members and promote growth.

What You Bring:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED (preferred: Associate’s in Construction Management).
• Licenses: Journeyman/Master Plumber License or TDLR registration.
• Experience: 5+ years in construction, plumbing, or piping.
• Skills: Strong leadership, blueprint reading, and project management abilities.

Work Environment:

• Active construction sites with varying conditions.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 80 lbs and navigating uneven terrain.
