Foreman (Landscape, Hardscape and New Installation) - Vision Scapes, Inc.

We are looking for experienced people with a positive attitude, growth mindset, and leadership skills to join our Team as New Install Foremen. This would include Landscapes and Hardscapes.

Pay Rate: $20-30 per hour, based on experience. This is a full-time position, but the exact number of hours weekly will vary.

Our typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to about 5:00 PM, but days and hours vary based on projects and the seasonality of the business. We do not do winter lay-offs, but your schedule and total number of hours will change depending on weather and customer needs.

Foreman Responsibilities:

• You will support and lead your crew to complete goals efficiently daily so that we provide exceptional services to our clients and uphold our company reputation

• You’ll lead by example and lift your crew members up when they have tough days

• You’ll collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and execute projects and routes

• You’re responsible for overseeing your crew’s tasks, completing paperwork, and performing equipment checks so everyone is working effectively and safely

• You’ll maintain positive interactions with clients and team members

• You will adapt quickly to changes in the field, such as unpredictable weather so that we can proactively solve problems

•  Your job is to ensure a win-win situation for customers, employees, and the company

Foreman Skills & Qualifications:

• You will be driving a company vehicle and must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

• You must be able and willing to lift 50 lbs routinely.

• Previous experience in the landscaping industry is a plus but optional.

• General knowledge of industry equipment is a plus.

• A desire to lead others and to grow within the organization.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

• Come to work prepared, always professional, safe, and humble.

• Effective communication and the ability to teach and train team members.

• Experience as a Hardscape Foreman is a big plus!

• If you have experience with RealGreen, CompanyCam, and/or Service AutoPilot, that’s a plus!
