We are hiring a Foreman to manage the field operations for residential remodel projects at Fort Meade, MD. The Foreman oversees the work of construction laborers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters that are employed by Sevan Multi-Site Solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all work that is being conducted by Sevan Solutions construction team
• Promote Sevan safety culture: maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment. Ensure Sevan’s safety requirements are met, encourage proactive safety practices, and rectify job site hazards immediately
• Understands CPM scheduling
• Ensure the project schedule is being met
• Proactively communicate project related issues directly with the Project Manager and/or the Superintendent
• Examine construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Follow Sevan’s standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
• Proactively identifies and solves or elevates project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or qualify
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven experience as a carpenter, electrician and/or plumber
• Hands-on experience in working with materials.
• Punchlist experience
• Completion of OSHA 10 or ability to complete
• Ability to interact well with all levels of individuals
• Willingness to do non-trade specific items
• Excellent understanding of installation and construction
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Willingness to always follow safety guidelines.
• Strong understanding of basic math
