The Foreign Exchange (FX) Marketer will be responsible for structuring, pricing, and executing foreign exchange products for WSFS customers. This roles primary objective will be to identify clients' foreign exchange needs, provide suitable solutions, and drive revenue growth. The incumbent will work closely with the FX Desk’s internal partners to identify and develop business relationships with new prospects and deliver exceptional service to WSFS corporate clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients to expand the FX customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing FX corporate clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Understand clients' foreign exchange requirements and recommend appropriate solutions adapted to our customers’ international business needs.
- Structure, price, and execute all foreign exchange products (spot, forwards, cross-currency swaps, options, and structured products.)
- Monitor market trends and currency movements to provide clients with up-to-date market insights and risk management advice.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients (including ISDA and Dodd-Frank documentation).
- Work closely with various internal teams – relationship managers, credit risk officers, back-office operations, etc. – to effectively identify, manage, and execute foreign exchange opportunities.
- Assist other internal teams in ensuring that trade confirmations, payments, and other materials are executed adequately to manage client expectations, while always adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales reports, and forecasts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand awareness and expand professional network.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field is required.
- Must have 8-10 years’ experience marketing foreign exchange products
- A strong background knowledge of foreign exchange markets, products, and hedging strategies is required.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make informed recommendations to clients.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, a proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable growing a new business, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Must be highly ethical, positive, and intellectually curious, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm and operate effectively under pressure, and a high degree of organization and attention to detail are imperative.
