Your specific duties will include:
- Receiving incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages.
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to resolve any issues.
- Answering incoming calls with a pleasant voice and using proper grammar at all times.
- Above-average typing and computer skills.
- Prior foreclosure experience required.
- Call center experience required.
- Exceptional mathematical skills.
- Must be well-organized and possess exceptional time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
