Job Title: Foreclosure Administrative Assistant
Pay: $19 - $21/hourly
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities:
Process accounts in foreclosure for Arizona/California/Nevada.
Complete conveyances to FHA/VA post-foreclosure sale.
Handle disbursements for sales to 3rd parties and issue Trustee s Deeds.
Manage Deed in Lieu transactions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Utilize vendor software for high-volume caseloads.
Ideal Candidate:
1+ year(s) FC or mortgage servicing experience OR title/escrow experience *REQUIRED*.
Strong work history with no job hopping*REQUIRED*.
Typing speed of 60+ words per minute*REQUIRED*.
Proficiency in 10Key and Microsoft Word/Excel.
Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
On-boarding Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
2 verifiable employment references
