We are seeking a seasoned automotive professional who will grow our parts department. The position will oversee a team of 3 associates in addition to overseeing parts sales for new and used vehicles, the dealership’s own service needs, and our parts buying clients.

We are looking for a unique type of leader; So, let us share the characteristics we are seeking. Our parts Manager will be both a very organized and “hands-on” leader.

· Our Parts Manager will have a vision and a game plan to keep the service department working efficiently

·Develop parts staff

·Hold staff accountable for their success

·proven ability to lead and manage a busy automotive dealership’s parts department

·ability and desire to coach, mentor, and train associates

·ability to control expenses

·good inventory management

·ability to work in or relocate to a small city north of Duluth
