Job Title: Food Services Coordinator
Location: U. S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego, San Diego, CA
Type of Job: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays
Duties:

• Manage and oversee food services operations at the USCG Guard Dining Facility (CGDF)
• Purchase food supplies and manage inventory
• Prepare and cook meals according to menu requirements
• Ensure proper stocking, serving, and replenishment of food line
• Clean and maintain dining facilities, equipment, and utensils.
• Perform cashier duties during mealtimes.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

• Previous experience in food service management preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays as required.
