About the Job
The Physician and Signature Service Concierge works as the key person of a team responsible for the services, maintenenace and operation of the Physician lounges and Signature Services patients in the Mercy Spirit of Hospitality. Duties include supplying stock, cost accounting, room set-up and decoration, and communication to physician lounges and assistance with physicain catering needs. In addition, this person will coordinate menu arrangements for the Signature Service patients identified as part of the hospital's ongoing service improvement intiatitves and perform specialty fucntions such as the Chef-on-the Go program.

Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with other personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public. Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and the ability to function effectively as a team with other employees. Qualifications:EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Education and Work Experience:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- 2 years in food catering
- good customer service skills
