Summary:
Performs a variety of food service functions.
Responsibilities:
Follows food safety, HACCP and sanitation guidelines regarding storage, handling and preparation of foods and maintenance of work area,May transport food carts and deliver trays.Prepares food, performs washing, cutting, chopping, measuring of ingredients, replenishes work stations, and completes assigned kitchen activities by utilizing a wide range of kitchen tools, equipment and utensils.Assists customers with food requests.
