Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Strong food knowledge and management experience in quality full-service restaurants/hotels is required for these positions. Both front and back of the house candidates will be considered based on the individual’s experiences. In these roles, you will work with top chefs daily, and you must be familiar with their expectations and requirements. To be successful you will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of exquisite food.
You will be joining a team of dedicated industry professionals with a strong passion for perfection who are results driven. You must be detail oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, tenacious and creative without being overbearing. Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills are essential.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans that promote and sell high sustainably raised meat, poultry, and game items.
Develop new business through networking and consultative sales approach and grow existing accounts.
Keep up with market trends, understand your customer business and present product solutions based on clients' needs and goals.
Perform administrative duties such as preparing and presenting proposals, reporting against individual sales performance plans, and maintaining sales records.
Requirements
Degree preferred but not required (Business, Marketing, Hospitality or Culinary Arts).
5-7 years of chef/restaurant management and/or culinary sales experience.
PC skills and proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience in fresh fish sales a plus.
Food service sales a plus.
