About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and profit growth for key Foodservice segment customers.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, including market analysis, sales forecasting, and customer business reviews.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and brokers, ensuring effective negotiations and sales practices.
- Represent the company at trade events, providing product and market expertise.
- Lead business development initiatives, including cold calling and prospecting for new clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Foodservice Sales.
- Established relationships within the Foodservice Segment, including both distributors and operators.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics for decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with imported food products is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Great Plains and Adobe Suite software.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, focusing on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to establish direct relationships with national accounts and operators.
