Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring expectations and standards are consistently met.
• Oversee budgets and forecasts, demonstrating financial accountability in managing food, labor, and direct costs.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement menu updates and promotions, ensuring full compliance with rollouts.
